Beauty & the Beast was a real return to a true Community Theatre style and what better way than to do a show for kids… We had lots of new members and some old faithfuls too, with Amy Cherry directing following her highly successful children’s show “Wizard of Oz” in 2008.
Receiving rave reviews and fab audience reactions, Beauty & the Beast played to over 1600 people making it HITS biggest show to date.
Press coverage was huge and Hanoi was filled with a resounding plea for more theatre from HITS…. whilst also raising heaps of money for local NGO Australian Charity for the Children of Vietnam.
Seriously, why didn’t I know about you guys earlier? I love, like really love, Beauty and the Beast. Any possible way for me to see it again?
